Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
  • Once authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Refund Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we receive the returned item.

Special Cases

In cases where items are received damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions to the Policy

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items that do not have defects or errors
